Route your request

What to include

Provide the relevant public URL, the specific question or proposed correction, and dated source material when available. Do not send credentials, private customer data, or other sensitive information through the general contact form.

For factual corrections

Identify the exact statement or field, explain what is wrong, and link to dated primary or reputable independent evidence. Distinguish a factual correction from a disagreement about analysis or a request for additional coverage. Submitting evidence does not guarantee a requested wording, but it gives the review a reproducible starting point and preserves editorial independence.

For vendor requests

State the organization, canonical domain, relevant product, and the public profile or page in question. Separate factual company information from marketing language, rankings, or comparative claims. Vendor-supplied material may be attributed and reviewed, but commercial participation cannot purchase editorial coverage, a favorable conclusion, or ranking position.

For advisory inquiries

Describe the decision to be made, timing, geography, workflow, current stack, stakeholders, and material constraints. Do not include credentials, live authentication factors, production logs containing personal data, confidential contracts, biometric samples, regulated customer records, or information you are not authorized to share. A general inquiry is enough to establish whether the scope fits before exchanging sensitive material through an appropriate channel.

Response boundary

The contact form records an inquiry; it is not an emergency, incident-response, account-recovery, or regulatory-reporting channel. For an active security or safety event, use the responsible organization's established response route.
